We have lived here for five years and Rose is ALWAYS responsive to any repair requests, usually within one or two days.  She’s always on top of things and really does a great job.  The complex is always beautifully landscaped, clean, and well maintained.  The location of these apartments are absolutely the BEST; easily in walking distance to shopping, banking and other locations.  The rent is reasonable, the units are bright and cheerful and roomy.
